Job Title: Operations Management Trainee
Location: Stockton, CA 95215 (onsite)
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour DOE
Office Hours: Mon – Fri 7:00am – 5:00pm
Available Schedules: Mon-Fri 8 hour shift

A typical day as a Management Trainee may include:
· Serving customers like PepsiCo and FedEx when they need trailers, helping to determine their equipment needs, and explaining all of our trailer-rental options.
· Inspecting trailers using a hand-held device which includes checking for damage or equipment problems inside and underneath the trailer.
· Managing customer accounts including helping with credit and collections.
· Verifying customer insurance coverage.
· Assigning repair work to vendors and trailer mechanics.
· Using technology to perform inventories, manage equipment, and other operational tasks.
· Occasional paid travel to other branches and our Corporate Headquarters for New Employee Orientation, performance evaluation, and cross-training opportunity.

Skills you'll need to succeed:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or similar industry
· 1-2 years of equivalent relevant experience in customer facing positions
· Willing to relocate out-of-state to another of our 50 nationwide facilities upon promotion into an Operations or Sales position after 1-2 years of employment (Required)
· This position is 80% physical in the transportation yard and 20% office
