Now Hiring: Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | Burbank, CA 91505 (onsite, occasional local travel required)
Join a mission-driven nonprofit focused on bringing music education to underserved youth. We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support HR, Finance, and daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
Support HR functions (onboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, interview scheduling)
Assist with bookkeeping, reimbursements, vendor coordination, and basic reporting
Help manage office operations, inventory, systems, and events
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1+ year experience (HR, admin, or operations)
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with ADP, QuickBooks, or Salesforce (preferred)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
