The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt role supporting the Human Resources and Finance & Operations teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining HR records and systems, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee communications and events, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and assisting with employee relations. The role also handles bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and audit preparation, while supporting operations through IT coordination, inventory and asset tracking, contract preparation, Salesforce data management, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in office and financial software, and a commitment to teamwork and the organization’s mission.
