We are hiring an experienced Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative, facilities, and operational activities in a corporate, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary onsite role with the potential to convert to a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal professional is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision, with a strong background supporting operations or leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operations support, including correspondence, reports, scheduling, and documentation
Process and track invoices, expense reports, approvals, and operational costs
Support daily operations through reporting, data tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
Assist with office and facility support, inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Participate in operational meetings and assist with process documentation and continuous improvement efforts


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or office management
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable support, invoicing, and expense reconciliation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments is a plus
