We’re on the hunt for an Operations Administrator to join our Boulder-based team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office, keeping daily operations on track and supporting a dynamic group of passionate, driven professionals. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting daily office operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and juggling priorities like a pro
Assisting with purchasing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
Collaborating with leadership on process improvements and team projects
Acting as a friendly, resourceful point of contact for internal and external partners
Helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture (yes, you’re that important!)
What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of administrative or operations experience
A knack for organization, time management, and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and emoji
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software
A flexible, “how can I help?” attitude and a good sense of humor
