The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing operational data with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. The role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. This position is critical for ensuring operational efficiency, control, and continuous improvement, aligning day-to-day operations with organizational goals and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and publish recurring reports, including daily “flash” reports, monthly KPIs, and incentive compensation metrics.
-Assist with strategic analyses to support management decision-making.
-Effectively utilize Salesforce (CRM) for operational tracking and reporting.
-Create and manage work plans for key departmental initiatives, ensuring execution on time and within budget.
-Update and monitor operational reports on a continuous basis.
-Prepare operational reports for quarterly presentations to Corporate and Executive teams.
-Analyze operational processes, including service, logistics, routes, inventory, and response times, to identify areas for improvement.
-Measure performance using KPIs such as productivity, backlog, SLA, costs, mileage, and cycle times.
-Propose and implement process, tool, and workflow improvements.
-Reduce operational risks and prevent recurring errors.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Salesforce (CRM).
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors.
Ethical, responsible, collaborative, and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
