We are seeking a dependable Onsite Mail Room Associate for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-volume mailroom, print production, records handling, or administrative operations.
Must pass a background check and drug test including Cannabis.
Candidate's will also need to pass a credit check once the position goes permanent.
The Onsite Mail Room Associate will support daily print and mailroom production by preparing documents, operating inserting equipment, handling supplies, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate, efficient workflows. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where reliability, accuracy, teamwork, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Insert high-volume printed documents into envelopes accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.
- Operate, monitor, and reload envelope inserting and printer equipment, including clearing basic paper jams and troubleshooting routine issues.
- Move completed print materials to the warehouse for insertion and support related warehouse and mailroom production needs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members by email regarding requests, production updates, and operational needs.
- Receive deliveries, restock office supply areas, organize inventory, and maintain adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Follow established procedures for safety, quality control, confidentiality, cleanliness, and workplace organization.
- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.

- Support high-volume print production, mailroom processing, document insertion, and related warehouse workflows.
- Operate and monitor envelope inserting equipment and assist with routine printer support, including reloading paper and clearing jams.
- Maintain accurate handling of confidential documents while following quality control and production procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and production team members regarding daily requests and operational needs.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in mailroom operations, print production, administrative support, records management, warehouse support, or a similar environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling printed documents.
- Ability and willingness to learn print production, inserting, and related mailroom equipment.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials up to 35 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Must be able to clear a background check and drug test, including cannabis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with high-volume mailroom equipment, envelope inserting machines, printers, or print production workflows.
- Experience receiving deliveries, restocking supplies, tracking inventory, or supporting warehouse operations.
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, filing, records management, or business services environment.
- Comfort working in a production-focused role with repetitive tasks, deadlines, and quality standards.
