Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Online Banker to join our financial services team. The Online Banker will assist clients with digital banking services, provide support for online transactions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through secure online and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers manage their banking needs remotely.

MUST HAVE WORKED IN A CALL CENTER RELATED ENVIRONMENT

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to customers via phone, chat, email, or video banking for online and mobile banking services.

Assist clients with account inquiries, password resets, transfers, deposits, bill payments, and loan applications.

Educate customers on digital banking tools, features, and security best practices.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to online or mobile banking access.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.

Maintain compliance with bank policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in banking systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Upsell bank promotional items.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support strongly preferred.

Proficiency with online banking platforms, mobile apps, and digital communication tools.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance regulations is a plus.


Work Environment:

Onsite banking service center environment.

Regular use of computers, telecommunication tools, and secure financial platforms.

May require flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
