Are you passionate about hospitality and providing a five-star client experience? A prestigious client in downtown Seattle is seeking an On-Site Hospitality Services Specialist to join their team! This guest-facing role ensures seamless meetings and events through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established company offering a collaborative culture, stunning office environment, and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, professional food & beverage service during meetings and events
Set up and break down conference rooms (tables, chairs, AV equipment, catering, etc.)
Maintain and restock kitchens, pantries, and office refreshment stations
Operate kitchen equipment including dishwashers, coffee machines, microwaves, and ice machines
Perform regular conference room sweeps to ensure cleanliness and readiness
Greet clients, manage conference/hospitality calendars, and support event coordination
Track inventory and order supplies, snacks, and beverages
Light facilities upkeep including trash removal, dusting, and restroom restocking
May assist with administrative and mail services as needed

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous hospitality, banquet, or office support experience preferred
Comfortable in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment with extensive walking/standing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office products
Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
