Job Summary
We are seeking an On-Site Service Specialist for a contract/temporary opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This role supports a busy Print Production Center and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, print finishing, equipment operation, and delivering high-quality printed materials.
The On-Site Service Specialist will work in a team-oriented production environment where accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail are important every day. This is a great opportunity for a printing, binding, or production professional who wants to build experience across a wide variety of print services, including color and black-and-white printing, large format production, finishing, lamination, engraving, and document assembly.
This position offers steady, active work in a professional on-site environment with free on-site parking and the opportunity to contribute to department-wide print initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate print production equipment for color copying, black-and-white printing, mainframe printing, and envelope printing.
- Perform finishing services including cutting, trimming, folding, collating, stapling, hole punching, and binding.
- Support large format print production for foamboard, coroplast, banners, posters, vinyl stickers, and related materials.
- Complete lamination work for various sheet sizes and large format print materials.
- Assist with engraving projects, including name plates, CEO coins, and dog tags.
- Support department-wide print initiatives while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely completion of work.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate print, copy, finishing, binding, lamination, large format, and engraving equipment.
- Complete production tasks such as trimming, folding, collating, stapling, hole punching, and document assembly.
- Support large format print jobs, vinyl stickers, banners, posters, and other specialty print materials.
- Maintain quality, organization, and productivity in a fast-paced print production environment.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred in print production, manufacturing, operations, or a similar production environment.
- Experience with binding, finishing, and large format printing is strongly desired.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Dependable, team-oriented work style with the ability to support multiple print production tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Print Production Center or commercial print environment.
- Hands-on experience with spiral binding, tape binding, binders, lamination, large format printing, and finishing equipment.
- Familiarity with specialty print materials such as foamboard, coroplast, banners, posters, and vinyl stickers.
- Experience supporting print projects with multiple deadlines and production priorities.
