Immediate need for an On-Site Coordinator Specialist for our client located in Pharma, OH.

Job Description:
Distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, including folding and inserting documents into envelopes.
• This position requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking without assistance.
• Some occasional lifting of 50lbs or more with assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
• Reliability, punctuality, and time management skills.
• We are looking for someone who is a team player, can handle working in a fast pace environment
• Basic computer skills are important as they will be tracking information on the computer
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.

Hours: 1st shift 8am-430pm; Monday-Friday
