AppleOne is assisting a client in the Tempe, AZ area in hiring a Data Entry Processor for an ON-CALL contract position.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience and skills with a well-known, large financial institution. This position is on-call and can offer flexibility to those looking for a side job, or occasional work, but is NOT meant for candidates who will rely on consistent hours and pay.
This role will support the payment and document intake digitization services. Preparing, organizing, digitizing and/or performing data entry of highly sensitive documents.
• Processors must be able to read, follow and understand instructions while adhering to procedures.
• Processors need to have the ability to make independent judgement, while understanding when clarification may be needed from supervisor or lead.
• Accuracy and speed is crucial to success in this role.
• Candidates need to have a strong team work mentality and be comfortable working on tight deadlines while dealing with both sensitive and confidential information in a highly structured and highly regulated environment.
Skills/Requirements:
• Data Entry 10 key of at least 6500 with excellent data accuracy
• Willing to work in a high security production environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with PC
• Ability to pass a background and credit check
• Ability to listen to and apply performance coaching and feedback
