We are seeking an On-Air Scheduling Coordinator to support programming schedules across broadcast and digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage changing priorities.



Responsibilities
Maintain and update on-air schedules for broadcast and digital platforms.
Coordinate programming schedules to support continuous 24/7 operations.
Make schedule adjustments based on programming and operational changes.
Review and maintain accurate playlists to ensure content is ready for air.
Assist with troubleshooting scheduling or playlist issues.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience in a 24/7 broadcast environment is a plus.
Experience with broadcast automation or scheduling systems preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to quickly learn new scheduling software and broadcast platforms.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule

Must be flexible and available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations.
