Are you an organized, resourceful professional with a knack for keeping business operations running smoothly? We’re seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to provide critical administrative and operational support to a growing team.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for business operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management

Coordinate internal communications, reporting, and follow-ups across departments

Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply management

Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical—and ensure document accuracy

Support onboarding, team meetings, and administrative processes

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed

Serve as the go-to resource for office logistics and basic IT/HR coordination

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in a business operations environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office systems

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable multitasking and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points:
Experience supporting finance, HR, or project management teams

Familiarity with office tools like SharePoint, Concur, Salesforce, or Google Workspace

Prior experience in a corporate or professional services setting
