We’re looking for a versatile, professional, and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to support a variety of corporate office functions across multiple sites in the DC/VA Metro Area.
This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with strong communication, hospitality, and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
?? Location: 1100 15th St NW, Midtown Center, Washington, DC 20005
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Pay Rate: $22.00/hr – $24.50/hr
?? Dress Code: Business Casual
?? Traveling Required: Yes – covers multiple sites across the DC/VA Metro Area

Key Responsibilities Include:
(May vary by site)
• Copy, Print & Production Support
• Mailroom & Digital Mail Services
• Document Scanning & Records Management
• Printer Fleet Support & Managed Print Services
• Audio/Visual Meeting Setup & Basic IT Support
• Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Control (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
• Front Desk / Reception & Admin Support
• Office Supply Management
• Hospitality Services (catering, event support, vendor coordination)

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years’ experience in an office or professional services environment
• Previous experience in legal, administrative, hospitality, or facilities support roles a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong customer service orientation and a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to travel between locations and manage varying daily responsibilities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items using hand trucks (up to 400 lbs.)

Additional Details:
• Reliable transportation required for travel across DC/VA Metro locations
• Parking costs (typically $13–$35/day) will be reimbursed by company
• Business Casual attire required:
o Solid black or khaki dress pants (no jeans or cargo pants)
o Solid-colored polo shirt (preferably black)
o Solid black, closed-toe walking shoes (no Crocs or sandals)
