Job Summary
Office Services Support opportunity available in New York, NY for a motivated, customer-focused professional with experience in office services, mailroom operations, hospitality, copy/print support, and reception coverage. This temporary-to-permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, professional legal office environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, responsive service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service support in a legal office environment.
- Handle daily mail, hospitality, copy, print, shipping, receiving, and reception-related tasks.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot copiers, printers, and related office equipment.
- Manage document workflows, cost recovery processes, and related office services software.
- Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials, documentation, packages, and service requests.
- Work independently and flexibly to complete daily tasks and special projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Assignment type: Temporary to permanent.
- Location: New York, NY.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support daily office services operations, including mail, copy, print, hospitality, and reception functions.
- Manage shipping, receiving, document handling, and related workflow processes.
- Operate and troubleshoot copiers, printers, and standard office services equipment.
- Provide high-quality customer service to attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years of related office services, administrative support, mailroom, reception, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy with documents, packages, and records.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working independently, adapting to changing priorities, and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in a legal office or professional services environment.
- Basic electronics knowledge or experience troubleshooting office equipment.
- Experience with document workflow systems, cost recovery software, and copy/print service requests.
