Job Title: Office Services Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to support daily document production and office operations in a professional legal office environment. This role focuses on high-volume duplicating, printing, scanning, bindery, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate has prior duplicating or print services experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while working with sensitive and time-critical documents.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal office environment strongly preferred
• Prior copy/print or duplicating experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Technical aptitude with copiers, printers, scanners, and postage equipment
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to read and follow written and technical instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume duplicating, printing, scanning, and mail processing equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, hole punching, cutting, and book assembly
• Communicate directly with customers regarding job requests and deadlines
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and care
• Ensure copiers and equipment are functioning properly through daily inspections
• Clear paper jams and report equipment issues as needed
• Sort, distribute, ship, and receive mail, packages, and office supplies
• Maintain records, meter readings, service logs, and supply inventories
• Perform file scanning, conversion, naming, OCR, and formatting for print or Excel
• Assist with document management tasks such as FTP transfers and TOC creation
• Support off-site project coordination when required
• Maintain neat and well-stocked copier and supply areas
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations within the site
• Perform additional office services duties as assigned

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations
