Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Office Services Manager with strong customer service skills and experience in shipping/receiving and production printing. This role supports a fast-paced professional office environment, handling mail services, print production, document management, and customer-facing support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential materials.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related work experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal office environment is highly preferred
• Experience with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping/receiving processes
• Production printing, scanning, and copy center experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of copiers and related office equipment preferred
• Basic electronics knowledge a plus
• Comfortable using software and hardware for document management, workflow, and cost recovery
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to read and understand written technical instructions and manuals

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copiers and perform binding, finishing, and quality checks
• Ensure convenience copiers are operational through daily inspections
• Clear paper jams and coordinate with technicians for equipment issues
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Apply postage and prepare shipments accurately
• Perform scanning, file conversion, OCR processing, file naming, and formatting
• Maintain meter readings, service logs, billing logs, and supply inventories
• Calculate job charges and assist with billing documentation
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
• Provide professional support to executive-level users including legal staff
• Respond to service requests and customer inquiries regarding job status
• Deliver completed jobs within and outside the facility as needed
• Assist with meeting room setup, light maintenance, and office moves
• Use bindery and finishing equipment including cutters, shrink-wrap machines, joggers, and staplers
• Support off-site project coordination when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
• Occasional overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required
