Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services Manager to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This role involves mail services, package handling, event setup, print support, and general office services. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Prior copy/print or office services experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC skills, including email and file management
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change
• Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily mail runs, package deliveries, and logging/receiving of packages using a company-provided device
• Support event and meeting setups, including moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards
• Deliver copy paper and supplies to printers and work areas
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment
• Perform scanning, file handling, and basic document management tasks
• Ensure copiers are operational through daily inspections; clear jams and report issues
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Maintain supply inventories, meter readings, and service logs
• Assist with shipping and receiving of materials
• Respond to service requests and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain neat and organized copier and supply areas
• Assist with light maintenance, office moves, and general housekeeping tasks
• Travel between buildings as needed (no mid-shift location changes)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Office environment with regular movement between buildings
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to push or pull equipment on wheels when necessary
• Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, may be required
