Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Services Lead for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a professional office environment in Little Rock, AR. The Office Services Lead will serve as a key on-site contact for office services, document support, mail operations, conference room coordination, supplies, and general facilities-related needs. This position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, a business casual work environment, free parking, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily office services support, including printing, copying, scanning, document management, mail processing, courier coordination, and overnight shipments.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer requests, service issues, workflow coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support conference room operations, including room setup, scheduling, audiovisual resources, and food and beverage coordination.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed, coordinate with vendors, and support general facilities-related activities.
- Assist with workspace moves, office reconfigurations, onboarding support, training on workflows and equipment, and operational documentation.
- Complete administrative reports, support accurate timekeeping and payroll submissions, and help maintain a positive, service-focused workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: Up to $23.00 per hour.
- Employment type: 4+ month temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Little Rock, AR 72211.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead daily office services operations, including print, copy, scan, mail, shipping, supplies, and document support.
- Coordinate customer requests, assign work to on-site resources, and help resolve service-related issues.
- Manage conference room scheduling, setup, audiovisual resources, and hospitality support.
- Support facilities coordination, workspace moves, operational reporting, onboarding, training, and administrative documentation.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office services, administrative support, hospitality, facilities, or a related field.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and remain professional in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency with office equipment, including multifunction printers and copiers.
- Ability to provide formal or informal training on workflows, procedures, and equipment operations.
- Ability to perform primarily sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with office supply management and vendor coordination.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting conference room operations, hospitality services, or audiovisual resources.
- Prior experience serving as a lead, site coordinator, or primary point of contact in an office services environment.
