Job Title: Mobile Office Services Associate

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Denver, CO 80202

Additional Info: Worksite address Varies by location within the Denver, CO area. Daily travel required using personal vehicle | Parking reimbursement available where applicable

Job Summary

This role provides onsite office services support across multiple client locations throughout the Denver area. Responsibilities vary daily and include mailroom operations, print/reproduction tasks, and conference support. The position requires strong adaptability, organization, and customer service skills, along with the ability to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mailroom operations, including sorting, shipping, and receiving
• Support reproduction and print services, including finishing tasks
• Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events
• Provide reception and hospitality support as needed
• Assist with basic fleet management and coordination tasks
• Travel between multiple locations to provide onsite support
• Maintain organized workflows and accurate task tracking
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients at each site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in office services, mailroom, or administrative support preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments
• Basic computer skills required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
