Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Services Associate for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in reprographics, copy and print services, mailroom operations, and administrative support within a fast-paced legal office environment.

The Office Services Associate will support daily office operations by managing high-volume printing, copying, scanning, bindery work, shipping, receiving, mail distribution, and records-related tasks. Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and mail processing equipment.
- Complete reprographics projects including batch printing, copying, scanning, bindery, spiral binding, custom tabs, and quality control checks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipments, faxes, and postage processing.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, verify packing slips, maintain records, and ensure accurate delivery of materials.
- Provide professional customer service and administrative support in a legal office environment.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance, supply organization, and general office services support as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Employment type: Temporary to permanent contract opportunity.
- Location: New York, NY.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support high-volume reprographics projects including printing, copying, scanning, bindery, custom tabs, and quality control.
- Manage mailroom operations, shipping, receiving, packages, faxes, and postage processing.
- Operate and maintain office services equipment in a professional office setting.
- Provide responsive customer service and administrative support to internal teams.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in reprographics, copy center, print production, mailroom, or related office services required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.
- Ability to operate printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and mailroom equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Dependable, professional, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced legal office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience in the legal industry preferred.
- Prior experience supporting office services, records, mailroom, or reprographics functions in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
