Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity in New York, NY. This multi-site role supports client locations throughout Midtown and Downtown NYC, providing essential office services across mailroom operations, print production, reception, hospitality, and general workplace support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide mailroom support, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and office deliveries.
- Perform print production services such as copying, printing, binding, finishing documents, and maintaining printer supplies.
- Deliver front desk and reception support by greeting visitors, answering calls, routing inquiries, and providing professional customer service.
- Schedule conference rooms, assist with meeting setup and breakdown, and support hospitality needs.
- Maintain clean, organized office common areas, including stocking kitchen supplies and supporting general office operations.
- Travel between multiple client sites in Midtown and Downtown NYC and assist with special projects, coverage needs, and process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.00 to $21.23 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts that may vary by location.
- Typical shift options may include 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Candidates must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and able to adjust schedules on short notice.
- Overtime may be required.
- Contract type: Temp-to-perm.
- Location: New York, NY, supporting multiple Midtown and Downtown NYC client sites accessible by public transportation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support mailroom, print production, reception, hospitality, and general office services across multiple client locations.
- Provide professional customer service through Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phone, and in-person communication.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, conference rooms, and shared office spaces.
- Assist with site coverage, onboarding support, cross-training, special projects, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, office services, mailroom, reception, records, or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be flexible and willing to work at different client locations with little notice.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical office tasks throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phones, and basic office technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional client-facing environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in mailroom services, print production, reception, hospitality, or facilities support.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or client sites.
- Familiarity with conference room scheduling tools and office service request processes.
- Comfortable working in corporate, professional services, or high-volume office environments.
