Office Services Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and adaptable Legal Office Services Associate to support daily operations within a fast-paced law firm environment. This role involves mail services, copy/print production, binding, floor runs, and general office support across multiple floors. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume legal setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail (including FedEx and Certified Mail)
• Operate mail meter machines and perform floor mail runs across 4 floors
• Perform copy, print, scanning, and binding jobs
• Stock and maintain copy centers and office supplies
• Support court runs after training is completed
• Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail processing equipment
• Clear paper jams and report equipment issues as needed
• Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and urgency
• Maintain logs, reports, and basic billing records
• Provide professional, high-level customer service to legal staff and leadership
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal or professional office environment strongly preferred
• Prior copy/print or mailroom experience a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to daily changes
• Comfortable with extensive walking and standing throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items)
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
