We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to join our services team supporting multiple corporate sites in downtown Cleveland. This position combines hospitality, administrative, and facilities support. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding customer service, strong communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office abilities.
Location: 127 Public Square, Cleveland, OH 44114
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Driving: Yes – must be able to travel between multiple downtown Cleveland sites (parking reimbursed

Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors, validate guest lists, issue badges, and provide concierge-level hospitality.
• Manage conference room scheduling, set-up, and audiovisual (A/V) equipment.
• Coordinate catering and prepare meeting spaces for client visits and executive events.
• Support mail services, shipping/receiving, and digital mail operations.
• Assist with copy/print production, document scanning, and printer fleet support.
• Provide administrative/reception services and back-up support for executive assistants.
• Track office supplies, inventory, and coordinate vendor services.
• Help plan and execute company activities, meetings, and special projects.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in an office, hospitality, or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and accept feedback.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items on a hand truck (up to 400 lbs.).
Dress Code
• Business Casual:
• Solid black or khaki dress pants (no cargo pockets/loops, jeans, or workout pants).
• Solid-colored dress polo shirt (preferably black; short or long sleeve).
• Solid black casual walking shoes (no open-toed shoes, sandals, or Crocs).
• Professional, neat appearance required.
