Position Overview
Client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented On-Site Services Specialist to provide exceptional hospitality support at a DLA Piper office. This role will focus on both hospitality services and back-up receptionist coverage, assisting attorneys and office staff with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Conference Support:
• Set up and break down meeting and conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and divider walls.
• Prepare food and beverage service for client meetings and company events, including catering set-up, ice, cups, plates, napkins, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchens, conference rooms, and pantries.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, beverages, and food items.
• Operate basic office equipment and ensure conference technology is set up properly.
• Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
Reception & Office Support:
• Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist during lunch and vacation periods.
• Greet clients and guests professionally.
• Perform clerical tasks such as copying, mail distribution, shipping/receiving, and general office maintenance.
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces.
General Duties:
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service to clients.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conference room setups.
• Multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all company policies and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional, people-oriented, and detail-focused.
