Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate: $17.79 – $23.00/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Site Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of a small office site (up to 2-person team). This hands-on role focuses on office services with hospitality as a secondary function. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, organized, and capable of managing both operational tasks and staff support. Prior experience in a professional office or law firm environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the site, including mail, printing, copying, scanning, and conference room setup (food/beverage).
• Coordinate incoming requests and support onsite staff as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer issues and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Assist with minor facility issues, office supply management, and small office moves.
• Provide training on workflow and machine operations when necessary.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and oversee timekeeping.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability standards for the site.
• Generate site reports, complete monthly management reporting, and support financial tracking (P&L).
• Interact with vendors, contractors, and internal business units to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related office services role.
• Experience in leading or training employees preferred.
• Strong organizational and technical skills; ability to operate office machinery.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
Working Conditions:
• Office environment with normal lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
• Mostly sedentary work with occasional physical effort.
