Job Title: Senior Site Manager – Managed Services

Location: Miami, FL
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $17.79 – $23.68/hr
Dress Code: Business casual

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee daily operations for a medium-to-large team in a professional office environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience, a customer-facing background, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the site and ensure contract compliance for services including mail, reception, conference room setup, IT/AV support, courier runs, and hospitality support.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, including performance management, training, succession planning, and retention.
Monitor service delivery through SLAs and customer feedback; identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain a customer-focused environment and handle escalations effectively.
Conduct reporting, business reviews, and presentations to align with operational goals.
Support change management initiatives and operational enhancements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall site operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field; 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and setting up conference rooms.

Working Conditions:
Office environment with normal temperature and noise levels.
