What We're Looking For:
Current Medical Assistant Certification (Required) 2–5 years of Medical Assistant experience Strong personality and culture fit with a patient-centered team
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient information, medical history, and reason for visit
Prepare patients for examinations, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and addressing gaps in care
Perform clinical procedures such as venipuncture, ear lavage, medication administration, and specimen handling
Schedule appointments, process referrals, answer phones, and complete patient documentation Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Support inventory management and ensure exam rooms and equipment are stocked and operational Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional care
