Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $24-26/hour
Overview:
The Assistant Office Manager supports the daily operations of a home health agency by coordinating administrative tasks, supervising office staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining smooth communication between teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Oversee scheduling, record-keeping, documentation, and office supply management.
Operations & Compliance:
Support caregiver scheduling, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance regulations.
Staff Supervision:
Assist in training, supervising, and supporting office staff; help with performance reviews and conflict resolution.
Client & Family Communication:
Address concerns professionally, assist with care plans, and provide updates on services.
Quality & Reporting:
Help monitor quality assurance, participate in audits, and assist with budgeting and operational reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Reliable transportation
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
