Office Manager – Construction Company | $27-$30/hr | Direct Hire | Cerritos, CA
Are you a highly organized, motivated individual ready to take on a pivotal role in a growing construction company? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
Manage daily office operations and support project teams
Coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation
Handle procurement, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support HR functions including onboarding and record-keeping
Foster a positive and efficient office environment
Who we’re looking for:
Reliable and proactive with strong organizational skills
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and construction software a plus
Able to adapt quickly and learn on the job — we welcome those newer to the industry looking to grow (“greener” candidates encouraged!)
Strong communicator with a team-player mindset
