Roanoke, VA - Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to keep the office running smoothly and support leadership and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an efficient, welcoming workplace.
You will manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendors, maintenance, mail, and meeting coordination. You’ll greet visitors, answer calls, maintain shared spaces, assist with scheduling, prepare correspondence or presentations, support the office budget, and help with team activities and events.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), experience in office administration, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
