We are recruiting experienced Office Managers for full-time opportunities throughout Santa Barbara County, including Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Santa Maria. This Office Manager role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, supporting leadership, coordinating office workflows, and serving as a trusted point of contact for employees, vendors, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, administrative functions, office communications, schedules, meetings, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support leadership and staff with calendars, correspondence, reporting, presentations, special projects, travel coordination, and company events.
- Assist with HR-related processes, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities as needed.
- Maintain office procedures, improve administrative workflows, and help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, employees, and management while delivering excellent customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities available.
- Location: Santa Barbara, CA as primary location, with opportunities in Goleta, CA and Santa Maria, CA.
- Manage daily office operations, administrative processes, schedules, vendor coordination, and internal office communications.
- Support executive leadership, department teams, employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HR support, reporting, and special projects as needed.
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience supporting multiple departments, competing deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and keep operations on track.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or other business management software.
- HR, payroll, bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience.
- Experience in professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, nonprofit, or similar business environments.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
