Job Summary

A growing local organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support, and assist with light accounting functions. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of office processes, and helps keep a busy business environment running smoothly.

The Office Manager will play an important role in supporting leadership, coordinating administrative needs, managing vendor and office functions, and maintaining accurate accounting records using Sage. This position offers a stable, professional workplace with a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for administrative needs.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile invoices, and support basic bookkeeping functions.
- Use Sage accounting software for data entry, invoicing, reporting, and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities needs, and general office administration.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, document management, correspondence, and administrative projects.
- Support leadership with reports, special projects, and operational follow-up as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and light bookkeeping.
- Maintain financial records and reports using Sage accounting software.
- Coordinate office administration, vendors, supplies, scheduling, and leadership support.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant office management, administrative management, or similar experience.
- Required experience with Sage accounting software.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a busy office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting office operations within a construction, residential construction, commercial construction, or related project-based business environment.
- Prior experience working closely with leadership, vendors, field teams, or operational staff.
- Ability to identify process improvements and help create more efficient administrative workflows.
