Job Summary

A growing healthcare services organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The Office Manager will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to support operational efficiency, financial tracking, team coordination, client service, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office operations across departments to improve workflow, productivity, service quality, and overall administrative performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, reporting tools, documentation processes, and performance standards.
- Partner with ownership and leadership teams to support business goals, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational performance analysis.
- Recruit, coach, support, and manage administrative and office staff while promoting accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to support service excellence and business continuity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.

- 10+ years of relevant office management, administrative leadership, operations management, or related experience.
- Strong background managing office procedures, staff coordination, workflow improvement, and business support functions.
- Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, and operational analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with leadership, employees, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare services environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in healthcare services, medical office administration, home health, behavioral health, or a related healthcare environment.
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership, ownership, or senior management teams.
- Experience improving administrative processes, implementing reporting tools, or developing scalable office procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of office technology, business systems, financial reports, and performance metrics.
