We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and keep a busy office running smoothly. This role ensures the team has the support, resources, and structure needed to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the main point of contact
Oversee front desk reception, phones, mail, and visitor coordination
Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and administrative projects
Ensure office procedures remain organized, efficient, and compliant
Qualifications:
3+ years of office administration or office management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience managing vendors, supplies, or office budgets a plus
