We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to take the lead in overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting key administrative, financial, and HR functions. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
-Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
-Oversee payroll from start to finish with accuracy and confidentiality
-Support HR functions, including onboarding, benefits coordination, employee records, and compliance
-Assist with reporting, budgeting, and general administrative tasks
-Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and external partners
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role
-Strong AP/AR background and comfort working with financial systems
-Solid payroll processing experience (please list system used if relevant)
-Hands-on experience with HR support, compliance, and employee relations
-Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
-High level of professionalism and discretion
