What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements
Serve as the point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors
Monitor office budgets, expenses, and supply inventory
Maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating staff events
Troubleshoot issues quickly and proactively improve systems and processes
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
A positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
