Position Overview:

The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining efficient office systems, managing day-to-day administrative duties, and supporting accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee general office operations and provide administrative support to the team

-Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

-Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking

-Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations

-Support payroll processing and employee records, preferably using ADP

-Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management

-Assist with onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks

-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role

-Strong background in accounts payable and receivable

-Proficient in QuickBooks and ADP (preferred)

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
