Office Manager
$28-38/hr DOE
Role is on-site
*Must have QuickBooks and AR/AP experience*
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Oversee financial processes using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and vendor payments
• Track and manage lien and pre-lien documentation
• Support and manage certified payroll processes
• Evaluate and refine existing office procedures; implement improvements where needed
• Assist in transitioning from paper-based to digital timecard systems
• Monitor and question financial activities to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with leadership to update and integrate new technologies
• Support compliance with safety and labor regulations
• Provide administrative support as needed across all business units
Qualifications:
• Experience in an office management role, preferably in construction or a related field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting practices
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, liens, pre-liens, and certified payroll is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
