Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, extensive experience in accounts payable and receivable, and a solid understanding of worker’s compensation insurance and certificates of insurance. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Handle worker’s compensation insurance claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage and track certificates of insurance for vendors and subcontractors.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and insurance companies.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Experience handling worker’s compensation insurance and certificates of insurance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
