Job Title: Office Manager
Position Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a smooth-running workplace. This role involves managing office supplies, vendor relationships, administrative staff (if applicable), and assisting in basic HR, finance, and facilities tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to wear multiple hats in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and liaise with service providers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
• Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and petty cash reconciliation (as needed).
• Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate HR-related administrative tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Support company leadership with special projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in office administration or office management, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HR, finance, or facilities management is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around the office as required.
• Occasionally lifting light items (e.g., office supplies or packages, up to 20 lbs).
