Office Manager needed for a Property Management Company-Central Peninsula

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently operated. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting our property management team. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will help us maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with property management tasks, including tenant communications and lease administration.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Various Accounting duties as assigned.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
College degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
