We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Chino, CA. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Team Support: Act as a liaison between staff and management, providing administrative assistance.

Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.

Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to appropriate teams.

Document Management: Maintain office files and records in both digital and physical formats.

Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage office budgets, and ensure financial documentation is accurate.

HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding, file management, and policy inquiries.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.

Special Projects: Manage special projects to improve office efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

2+ years of experience in office management or administration.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills for professional interaction with teams, customers, and vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
