We're hiring office managers for the Miami area. We are looking for someone with very strong office management experience. If you have managed a small team or been a office manager assistant and managed a vendor list then you want to apply!

In this role you will coordinate and direct administrative support functions for an office or department. Filing, ordering of supplies, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Organize office operations such as workspace assignment and layout, order lunches, and handle all maintenance for the building by contacting vendors.

No remote work, all in office.

Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Set goals and deadlines for the department.
Acquire, distribute and office or supplies.
Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
Plans, administer, for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Computers and Electronics: Knowledge of office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and QuickBooks
Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Coordination: Adjusting actions concerning others' actions.
Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Writing: Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the audience's needs.
Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Judgment and Decision Making: Considering the costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
