Roles and Responsibilities:

-Provide indispensable administrative support to project managers and field staff throughout all stages of construction projects.
-Efficiently prepare, track, and manage vital project documents such as subcontracts, purchase agreements, and bonds.
-Utilize ViewPoint software to maintain project information and ensure the organization of essential project files.
-Skillfully handle subcontractor payments and oversee change order requests to maintain project momentum.
-Process monthly pay applications and uphold compliance standards with lien releases.
-Cultivate professional communication channels among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
-Contribute to project closure by meticulously organizing and filing project-related documents.
-Offer front desk coverage as required and provide assistance with various accounting tasks.


-Basic understanding of construction industry terminology.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Strong multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with resourcefulness.
-Fundamental mathematical aptitude.
-Ability to follow instructions diligently and adeptly delegate tasks.
-Experience with Viewpoint software is desirable but not mandatory.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years' experience as an Office Manager or Project Administrator, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
