Job Title: Office & Mailroom Services Specialist
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Pacific Street, Omaha, NE 68106
Job Summary
This role supports daily office services operations with a focus on mailroom processing and hospitality support. The position requires a customer-focused professional who can manage administrative tasks while delivering consistent service to internal teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distribution
• Provide office and administrative support as needed
• Deliver hospitality services, including maintaining common areas and meeting spaces
• Respond to internal customer requests and provide timely assistance
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within mailroom and shared office areas
• Assist with handling office supplies and operational needs
• Support general office services functions and daily workflow
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in mailroom, office services, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Professional demeanor and adaptability

• Office-based role with mailroom and hospitality responsibilities
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the workday
• Regular lifting and handling of mail and packages up to 50 lbs
• No driving required
