Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Orange, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with office coordination.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, records, files, and other business documents with accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, document management, supply ordering, and special projects as assigned.
- Greet visitors and deliver excellent customer service to employees, guests, and business contacts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate daily office activities, schedules, communications, and administrative workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, files, databases, reports, and business documents.
- Support management, team members, visitors, and office projects with professionalism.
- Handle phone calls, emails, data entry, supply ordering, and general clerical duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of administrative, office, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or related administrative training.
- Prior experience in an office coordinator, administrative assistant, receptionist, clerical support, or customer service role.
- Experience maintaining calendars, preparing documents, managing records, or supporting office projects.
