Position Summary
The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate payroll processing, and effective communication with clients and staff. This hybrid role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to develop and maintain efficient routines.

Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and staffing updates.
Coordinate scheduling and placement of temporary staff.
Maintain organized records of employee hours, assignments, and compliance documents.
Support general office administration including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Work both remotely and on-site as needed; must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of office experience, preferably in staffing or HR.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar).
Ability to work independently and develop structured routines.
Reliable transportation required for hybrid work schedule.
