AppleOne is seeking a dependable and service-focused Office Clerk for a contract/temporary opportunity in a professional legal services office in Downtown Tampa, FL. This Office Clerk role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping office operations running smoothly, supporting internal teams, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced administrative environment.
This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a professional office setting, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team that values reliability, organization, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on office services experience, strong attention to detail, and a can-do approach to supporting attorneys, staff, vendors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare document production requests, including printing, copying, scanning, binding, assembling binders, and organizing materials.
- Sort and distribute mail, send and receive faxes, prepare overnight packages, and coordinate courier and delivery services.
- Manage office supply inventory, stock supplies, refill paper in copiers and printers, and help maintain three floors of office service areas.
- Set up conference rooms for meetings, events, and functions, including post-meeting clean-up and room reset.
- Move storage file boxes, supplies, small furniture items, and other office materials as needed.
- Provide coverage for the Office Services department while delivering excellent customer service to internal teams and external business partners.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $43,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Downtown Tampa, FL.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Flexibility for overtime is required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support daily office services operations, including mail, shipping, document production, supplies, and conference room support.
- Prepare and organize printed, scanned, copied, bound, and assembled legal and office materials.
- Maintain office equipment areas, stock paper and supplies, and assist with office setup and clean-up needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and business partners, including FedEx, USPS, shredding services, and courier delivery providers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of office services experience required.
- Knowledge of copiers, printers, fax machines, and other office equipment required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional, and helpful approach.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing office needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is preferred.
- Prior experience supporting office services, facilities, mailroom, reprographics, or administrative support functions in a professional office environment is helpful.
